Initial consultation: We want to get to know you and your vision for your wedding, answer any questions you have about our services and give you a breakdown of what we will do.
We have an easy to use, custom app for our clients to use to stay on top of every decision, signature, and contract on your own time, without an inbox cluttered with emails. Each month, we have listed goals on our app. This explains what we are responsible for and what we would like for you to sign off on. Our goal is to keep you from getting overwhelmed by checking off a little at a time as we go.
We will help you establish and strategically manage your budget so you can include all the special details that are important to you and your partner. We will give you real numbers based on our years of experience so that you have a clear understanding of how much your wedding will cost. We help you manage the bottom line number so that you stay within your comfort zone. We also track your payments and balances, so you always are able to see up to date information of how much you have spent, what amounts are due, and when they are due.
Our clients love how easily we turn the overwhelm of wedding planning into an easy, enjoyable experience. We provide you with a wealth of helpful advice and information throughout the entire planning process, from guest counts to gratuity, and more.
We utilize our efficient, streamlined planning system to book your entire team of vendors, including venues, hotels, catering, bar services, photographer, videographer, baker, transportation, officiant, and more. We handle all of the back and forth with each vendor to minimize the amount of emails you receive and keep your stress level to a minimum.
We schedule your appointments with all of your vendors, including your menu tastings, design meetings, vendor introductions, and more.
Our award-winning design team will partner with the very finest rental companies, florists, and lighting companies to bring your vision to life, producing a timeless, sophisticated wedding experience that you’ll enjoy every moment of.
